After a lot of study and also self realization.... I have realised that the best way to
ward off unwanted thoughts is by remaining busy....
Get involved in higher activities... and involved in work which is higher than self....
Thats a sure way to be happy... and leave the thoughts which trouble you....
Very true. However, now the theme has shifted to being less busy (professionally) and more busy in personal/family life. Call it me-time, meditation time, no-thoughts time, but that helps to uncloud sentiments
