Sachin retired after a glorious career.... India worships him... Ask somebody in Switzerland.. Very few know him... Politicians have their areas.... Outside that are they really known ?? We feel our Principal of school to be the Most powerful person on earth.. Do you feel so after you leave school ? 
Happy bday Rafi sahab.. 88th Bday... of glorious singing and giving eternal happiness to us.. But do you know he is not that big in South India... Forget western countries.... A leading Doctor feels the whole world knows him.. well... people outside the 2 km radius does'nt even know he existed !! Industrialists boast their mansion and villas....and there are top industrialists everywhere now, who really dont care who is doing what.....
So what are we really running after... What is status and so called Respect... We are all a small little ripple in the vast ocean...

We must run after basics and happiness...

A few days back i saw a patient with Polyp on  the Lateral Canthi of the Right Eye. 


The 55 year old lady was having this for last 2 years and was the size of a pea. 


It was not Painful, but the patient was irritated with people asking her all the time about it. 


We repertorised the case and the Drug of Choice was Calcarea Carb !! 


Calcarea Carb 200 was Administered and asked to be repeated every week. 




The patient came after 1 Month with 30 % improvement. 
Every month saw her polyp size improving. 


Yesterday ( July 24th 2012) her polyp was reduced by 90 %


Further recovery will be slow. Medorrhinum 1M  1 Dose has been given as anti miasmatic.

A Case of Bursitis: 


A 70 year old man presented with Pain and Swelling in the right Elbow...
The Diagnosis was Olecrenon Bursitis...  

Bursitis is inflammation of a bursa.  A bursa (the plural form is bursae) is a tiny fluid-filled sac that functions as a gliding surface to reduce friction between tissues of the body. There are 160 bursae in the body. The major bursae are located adjacent to the tendons near the large joints, such as the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees.

   A bursa can become inflamed from injury, infection (rare in the shoulder), or due to an underlying rheumatic condition. Examples of bursitis include injury as subtle as lifting a bag of groceries into the car to inflame the shoulder bursa, infection of the bursa in front of the knee from a knee scraping on asphalt and inflammation of the elbow bursa from gout crystals

     The symptoms of bursitis are directly related to the degree of inflammation present in the bursa. The inflamed bursa can cause localized pain and tenderness. If the bursa is so inflamed that swelling occurs, it can cause local swelling and stiffness, sometimes associated with local redness and warmth. The inflammation can make it painful to support body pressure. For example, hip bursitis can make it difficult to lay on the affected side of the hip. Bursitis in the Knee, for another example, can make it painful to lay with the knees touching each other.

Results were very envouraging and the swelling subsided totally in 8 days !!

the crowd appeal to the song and also your looks.

If you cant convince then confuse !
Many a times a Bad singer sings a Raga and he is appreciated, as nobody knows what he has sung. 

A genuinely good singer, who may not be giving importance to " Unimportant" things may not be a
Popular singer.  


A Good Looking Young lady singer who has all "Old Friends" and Strong PR tends to get more programs, due to her smile and placation rather than quality. 


Its is very interesting to know, many a times that even Balanced people have liking, which do not 
Fall in the category of Good !!
